No.9

In collaboration with Anna Michourina, this is a conceptual design developed through prototyping. It envisions a meditative space where music is not only heard but also seen—a room that becomes a visualisation of sound.

Music is approached as a universal language that brings people together, offering a space to relax, unwind, and let go. Inspired by Chopin’s Nocturne No. 9, the concept focuses on a calm, slow, and harmonious atmosphere—both soothing and subtly melancholic. Without lyrics, the music allows for an open, personal experience of thoughts and emotions. The melody is directly linked to the visualisation, shaping its intensity, movement, and transformation in real time.

The proposed exhibition design includes circular seating that reflects the visual language of the installation, encouraging visitors to pause and immerse themselves in the space.
